"Achkt luys" is a popular Armenian idiom used to express well wishes or to congratulate others for a variety of occasions/good news, like marriage, a new birth, new job, graduations, etc. It literally translates to "light to your eye". It can sometimes be used sarcastically as well to mean “oh really”, but it is mostly used to express best wishes. The card is bright pink with a colorful sun pattern.
